The offline music player for your own collection on iPhone and iPad. You bring your music in through the Files app, or send it from your Mac with Luma Transfer.
The player for your local music on the Mac. It reads your folders without copying anything and comes with a menu bar player, keyboard shortcuts and Luma Transfer built in.
Sends music from your Mac straight to Luma on your iPhone or iPad over Wi-Fi or a USB cable. You only need it without Luma for Mac, because it’s already built in there.
In short
All three apps work without an account or a cloud, which is why nothing syncs between your devices. You bring music from your Mac to your iPhone directly with Luma Transfer.

Install
This is how you install Luma for Mac and Luma Transfer. After that, updates take care of themselves for the most part, because both apps can look for a new version on their own, and “Check for Updates…” is always in the app menu. Your library stays as it is with every update.
Double-click the downloaded file in your Downloads folder.
In the window, drag the app onto the “Applications” folder.
Open the app from your Applications folder or with Spotlight.
